Interesting read

With apologies to Shakespeare, no one likes a bubble. That's because there's never been one that hasn't popped. Not surprisingly, my "Double Bubble" thesis of November 24 has come under heavy attack. I was accused of leaning too heavily on what some perceive to be the shaky evidence of a negative personal saving rate (-0.2% in October 1998) to support the case of a dangerously wealth-dependent American consumer. Fear not, there is far more to the story than this one piece of evidence.

I don't have the capacity (software) to do those kinds of screens but you make a good observation.

If you go to the Philadelphia Exchange web site ( phlx.com , they track the super cap indexes. The most not able hot performer is the OTC 15 Most Actives Index, OTX, which is up 65% in two months.
