ALL JUST A LITTLE READING ON DELL COMPUTERS Anounce price Cut "BIG" Yes the Director of Marketing Mr. Danny Young said in a news rls, on Cnet News. Com Today 12/04/98 at 4:55 p.m. P.T. about DELL COMPUTERS,,,, That selling $10 million over the internet, corporate sales have increased to a HEFTY PORTION. Due to those EFFICIENCY, GAINS, they have seen quite a DROP IN OPERATING EXPENSE. That's what's driving the price down as Dell Cuts Costs to $849.00 on the G1 model that includes a 333MHZ processor and a 4.3 GB hard drive. If IMVHO the sales over the internet have provided this for one computer firm what would the benifit be for hundreds or even thousands of stores in one MAJOR MALL BE??? We aint talking little chicken feed here any more and that's JMO, on the internet SUPER STORES OF THE FUTURE.... I wonder how long Del has been selling on the internet? it cannot be that long. What 6 months 9, a year? hmmmm I wonder what the total sales would be of say 1500 stores over a year with a simple commission to the mall space of $00.025 on each dollar of sales voulme for space, T.V. add's, Radio adds, (so shopers at work can find the sales) news paper adds etc. and low corporate gains from very low operating costs???
