You understood and answered well. I think what I was missing was the context that when a stock has become by your definition this overvalued, it would then take 8-15 quarters from that point before you would think it an appropriate investment. I still think that is less than a 50/50 possibility (that YHOO will have 8-15 blowout quarters IN A ROW). You know from history that it happens with extreme rarity.

But it does happen. And with the hype and level of true belief that accompanies this stock at this early stage in its development, I think if you see 8 more blowout quarters in a row, it might have a market cap north of $50 billion. And you and I still won't buy it at that level, will we?
