Linda, RE: PSYCHO #1

I'm just focused on the ABL gross. ABL was only 200k behind Psycho today's numbers (Saturday) could be different. Psycho has a different target audience ABL's main competition are the rat and pig. The pig got slaughtered and the rats are holding fast but now only 1/3 to 1/4 the daily gross.

Doing a small and biased poll of my friends and their children tells me that ABL is the big winner with rugrats as the 2nd to movie to be seen. The pig is video cassette material for those who liked the first movie (didn't see it myself.) From the few that saw ANTZ and ABL (adults) ABL is again the winner. As you might guess I didn't donate any money to ANTZ, but heard it was OK.

Another note, my friend's little girl now has ABL shoes, and I noticed ABL promotions on Butterfinger candybars. I've not seen anything else like this with the rats, the pig, or ANTZ. All of this doesn't mean much but it is one small point.

The next real competition for ABL is the Moses movie "Prince of Egypt". I think it opens next weekend, or the weekend after?
