Good evening Don Martini, Earlier you had asked me to post my option trades in the thread. DELL volatility has been creeping up lately even though the stock hasn't moved much. I am therefore thinking of selling DELL Feb 85 Puts (bid 18) and covering those with DELL Feb 70 Puts (ask 8). The max I can lose is ((85-70)-(18-8)) = 5 and the max profit is the 10 that I get now. Breakeven is DELL anywhere above 75 by expirey. I am very tempted to sell the DELL May 85's outright for 20-21 approx. but mainaining my discipline about not doing naked option sells. -Apratim.
