TG,

RSI is a technical indicator called Relative Strength Index. It compares a stock's movement to its past movement over a given time frame.

IHS is a chart pattern called Inverted Head and Shoulders. It's a pattern that features a low (head) with adjoining higher lows (shoulders) on either side. The local tops on either side of the head (the top immediately after the left shoulder and the top immediately after the head)y after the head) provide a "neckline". This is a line that, if broken to the upside, is often used as a buy signal. It is useful on price charts as well as in certain technical indicators.
