My friend and I trade with Brown & Co.On Monday 11/30,my friend saw
the stock starting to tank, and put in a sell for 1000 shares through

Brown's phone trading system. The order was entered at 9:37,when the
stock was trading at 22-24.As we found out later, the trade went as
follows: 100 shares traded electronically at 9:46 for 21 1/2.

The second execution was done "manually" at 9:53 for 18 1/2.

This great disparity in price bothered us very much.We spoke to the

Manager of the branch we trade in,and asked him to check if there was
anything that could be done about this trade. He spoke to MASH,the
market maker of this stock, but didn't get anywhere.

Did anyone who had a similar experience with NAVR,do anything to try

and redress this problem? We would appreciate any input. If there is

something that can be done, there might be more power in numbers.

TIA,

Manny T.
