TG,

I use a TA program called Parity. I download the historical data on a stock and run my own analysis on it using about 15 of the 50 or so indicators that come with the package. It also allows one to enter the formulas for indicators that do not come with it. There's a site that offers realtime TA charts called IQC. It's a fee based online service and you can set your own parameters on several different indicators. One advantage over Parity they have is the realtime charts. You can run a TA on 5 min, 15 min, 30 min, 60 min, daily, weekly or monthly charts.

But remember; a little bit of knowledge can be a dangerous thing.
