Wow. Sounds like the house in my dreams. Was the front stairway left after the house was torn down? If so, was it marble or some other light stone?

Did it have ceiling fans?

I used to wrestle with the demons in that house, they lived in the basement, and on the ground floor, sometimes it just felt like I was wrestling the ceiling fans, but if I prayed they would go away.

Once I got to the top floor, the demons were no problem. But I had to fight them to get to the top floor. It was all one big room, sort of like a ballet studio, with windows all around, and light gauze curtains floating in the breeze.

This is, of course, different, from the dreams about the undead that were buried in the dirt floor of the warehouse by the Mississippi River.
