The time has come, IMO. I have been following NRT for quite some time, and got out before during the run up last summer. I am a buyer now, the chart looks great. December may be slow with Tax Loss Selling, and the buyers of the cheaper stock right now should do well in about 3-6 months. But, that is just an opinion. However, lets see where the price is in 3 months. I will check back! Enough things have come together (all positive) to be able to have a solid story to sell. Mike
