One reason I think Aware will continue to do well is the fact that it's technology (IP) is what is needed for the DSL market to start up. Unlike the PAIRs, WSTLs & Orckits who have been enjoying a market all their own, now they must compete against the likes of LU. COMS, Cisco, Ascend and a slew of new kids on the block. Who just so happen to be on the side of Aware. Many will be absorbed or die off and dry up as many of the modem makers did when 56K was introduced and rolled out...like Hayes, Global Village, Eiger, MOT to name but a few. There will be times when bad news about another company will cause people to panic...thus causing Aware to drop, but it will recover.
