Why does CPQ have a negative PE in real terms? Could you construct that PE for me, so that I can see it illustrated?

Jim, Dec had so much cash that it really cost Cpq very little to buy the company. I'm sorry that I don't have the figures at my finger tips, but one could research the topic and get all the data. I use to stay on top of the Cpq/Dec situation as I owned Dec's stock at the time of the merger. Was lucky as I sold my Dec shares at the peak.
