The bear attack.

I don't miss CC at all. He was very very good at FUD slinging.
The current bear attack can be shrugged off with a little bit
of research, like listening to the past two conference calls
and reading the last 3 months of press releases. Back when
CC was posting, much of what he said was easy to refute, but
some of it was very difficult and took fine judgement and
dilligent research to refute. In particular, the combination
of declining revenues and dilution financing at Osicom was
hard to swallow.

Now, however, we see that management has kept every promise about
technical development that they have ever made and we see that
their recent turn around on financing methods has continued in
good faith. They are redeeming the convertible preferred at
a steady rate (where to the get the cash, hmm, gross revenues
maybe?), looks like $500,000 to $1 million per month. This is
a very heartening good faith effort. In the recent conference
call, Osicom announced that they had a new $10 million credit
line based on the strength of their balance sheet.

Now here are some interesting facts.

1. About 200,000 shares of Osicom were sold in about 15 minutes
on Friday morning.

2. Three FUD (Fear Uncertainty and Doubt) slingers appeared on
RagingBull at about the same time. (One of whom has since
recanted and recommends going long short term due to some due
dilligence he has done recently.)

3. Three FUD slingers appeard on Silicon Investor at
about the same time.

4. Some toilet spammers and FUD slingers appeared on Yahoo at
about the same time.

Go Figure,
Joe Hoane

P.S. Let me state, in caveat, that the Bears are not idiots and try
to pick easy targets which they help along with a big shove. In
this case the declining revenues of the legacy products mask the
increasing revenues from the new products and may have fooled them.
For myself, I've seen it all before and have formed my opinion about
Osicom, which is, as Par said in the conference call about forecast
revenues, so high that I would lose credibility if I stated what
I really think.

P.S. Remember, sword, auric, et al are trying to scare off new
investors., hence my post in rebuttal.
