Hi, I should mention that my trading knowledge is received from others, while my contributions are usually in technical and marketing terms. My expertise about trading is limited to having long term relationships with expert traders-- they're the ones who gave me that info about Netscape that Reggie challenged. That is, I tell others what I think of certain industries, but they make the ultimate trading decisions (which rely on a lot more than how well a product is going to sell, I assure you!). That's why I'll rarely make a stock recommendation, though I'll be free with my product opinions. But my favorite current company right now is Novell, which is basically a $4 billion company who's going to take a chunk out of market that a $300 billion dollar company is "betting the farm on," but that most people don't understand right now. I don't want to give out my partners' full portfolio of course, but others in the group I work with like COMS, and DCLK, and they're convinced that IOM is eventually going the way of Syquest. COMS as a potential takeover target, and DCLK is supposedly incredibly well managed. They'll also do some day-shorting of internet stocks, but heaven help you there if you're not a professional. So that's pretty much my sum total of actually stock picks, hope it helps.
