Why do we prosecute men for beating their wives, yet so seldom prosecute the women for beating their husbands?

Well, the easy response to this is that, at least if the prosecutor is doing his job, he does prosecute women for beating their husbands when it happens.

The difference in the antitrust realm is that conduct that is perfectly legal for most companies to engage in is not legal for a company that is determined to have monopoly power. Thus, Oracle or AOL can beat on their competitors all they want, and DOJ will never prosecute them because they are "not monopolists." On the other hand, Microsoft, which is subject to a different set of rules, will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law for the identical conduct.

Leaving aside issues of policy, there does seem to be a basic injustice in that.

Ok! OK!, men are larger and stronger , and women are smaller and weaker, so
that women can have a free ticket to beat men or even kill men without facing any penalty, or even a small men can beat or kill a larger men without facing any penalty
. Your funny and naive theory !!!!!!!!!!!!!

NSCP maybe smaller comparing to MSFT, but NSCP is much larger comparing to
some of its rivals who develop the e-mail software packages. Larger or smaller is
a relative idea, but it can not be an excuse to get a free ticket of violating the law.

How tall are you ? Maybe I can beat you without having to face any penalty , if I am shorter than you , based on your funny story !!!!!!!!!!
