KeepItSimple, Thanks for posting the headsup. it will be very difficult for INSP to be an effective company if they are guilty of copyright infringement..And if a judge entered an injunction against INSP and Mr. Jain, then it indicates the Hoover is very likely (in the judge's opinion) to prove its case of copyright infringement... Good luck to anyone who does choose to follow this IPO though... Sincerely, Doug F.

Mr Howard, Thank you so much for your viewpoints regarding this IPO and its founder. H & Q may do anything to make a buck as lead underwriter. I'm curious whether the Hoover's action made it into the prospectus. I never heard of Infospace before 20 minutes ago. Maybe that's how long their day in the sun will last.
