Dr Harvey....Do you (or anyone else) know if the high heat is an intrinsic characteristic of PEM fuel cells...and if that is why Akaline Fuel cells have been used so successfully for so long..and do technologies used by Zevco in Europe and Energi in Russia have a technological edge in this regard?
