"As always this is just my opinion and I could be wrong..
But you lay down with the dogs and chances are you going

Big Laugh and smile!!!!, I found that quite humurous.

Hi Jeff,

I agree that the investors should continue to look for the truth
and keep each other informed. However, I don't think we are
going to find the truth unless we all take our blinders off.
You stated:

"A couple of us were alerted to the fact that this company was about to spring forth"

"Now there are some of us who feel Mark is the exception to the
rule.."

I don't understand how you can think of Mark as a exception.
I can only assume that the alert came from Mark. Isn't this
nothing more then insider information? In my books... this
makes him no different then the rest. How can we put our
faith and trust in Mark?

I'm going to be blunt... I do not have faith in Mark. My gut
tells me that he was about to sell the MIDL investors down
the river AGAIN with the Noble deal. While trying to find all
I could about Noble... I found a interesting article that posed
some real questions in my mind. I did not post the article because
of the typical blasts one got when questioning anything about MIDL.
I did however send the article to Gary. I had hoped Gary would/
could question Mark about it. Gary never responded to my message.
I'm going to give Gary the benefit of the doubt by saying.. he
might not have responded because of the SEC investigation. Heck,
he might not have responded because of a couple of my posts
venting my frustrations with the "stupid" bickering on this board.

I think it's time everyone put their cards on the table. I
am going to post the article on the next message. It may not
be relevant to Noble... but I think after you read it... you
will understand my concerns.

I wish everyone a Christmas filled with love and a Happy New Year.

Sincerely,
Debbie

OK.. I realize some may be unhappy with what I am about to post.
Everyone wants to protect their investments. I'm no different.
I've tried to convince myself that I should keep my mouth shut..
see how this thing played out. But that's BS. There has been
enough of that already.

In the picture that Gary had (from the Noble/CNHH days) the
Ferry had Ventouris Lines on the side of it. This was
suppose to be one of Nobles Assets. Not being able to find
anything on Noble.. I started searching Ventouris.

This article is from a Socialist Worker Newsline,
dated 15 August 1998. The Link is no longer any good, but,
I am posting it for record purposes.

<<Greeks bear grudges

IF YOU are lucky enough to be on a Greek ferry this summer then watch
out for bodies bobbing in the water. They could be ferry bosses.
Karl Marx called the ruling class a band of hostile brothers. He could
easily have been referring to the Ventouris family. They own Ventouris
Sea Lines which runs many of the ferry routes to the Greek islands.
Different branches of the Ventouris family have been at war with each
other, ramming each other's ferries, as they bid for control of the
routes. Last year one Ventouris brother was accused of hiring divers to blow up his brother's ship. Now the warfare has spread to a rival firm outside the family run by Costas Agapitos. Agapitos was recently
ambushed and shot six times in the legs, arm and shoulder by Vangelis
Ventouris and left in a pool of blood at the wheel of his BMW.
This story rivals the plots of Hollywood gangster movies. But it is also the story of the (almost literally) cut throat competition of the
capitalist marketplace and deregulation. The Ventouris firm has been
squeezed after the deregulation of international shipping routes. As one broker who specialises in the sale of ships says, "It's very simple. In this very visible two tier market very few shipping firms will survive. "The competition is merciless.">>

Even if Noble is no longer associated with Ventouris.. the end
of this article doesn't give much hope for any small shipping
company. Most everyone knows, I only hold warrants. I can only
hope the stock holders of this company.. ask a lot of
questions before allowing the Noble deal to go through.
