unc and thread, well i just married off my last daughter sat. and am not too hung over this am. glad to hear reh thinks mot and lu may endorse a use for rmbs. that would really get us into the mainstream of communications and the funds pockets. doubting thomas must have a motive to post as he does. he protests too much. reh, cldn didn't open for about 3 hrs. on fri. then finished up. any more news? regarding caps: i was taught CAPS ARE SHOUTING!!!!!! Although Hitachi said 2.1-Gbyte/s DDR bandwidth is possible now, Rambus said the claim is premature and will be bettered by subsequent versions of Direct RDRAM. "Historically, we've shown a performance increase of 15% to 20% on an annual basis," said Subodh Toprani, vice president and general manager of Rambus' logic products division, Mountain View, Calif. "I can't say that we'll continue at that pace indefinitely, but we're not going to remain static."
