A question about Sun and EMC. Currently it is my understanding that they do not compete, but rather their systems work together. However, at some point down the line will the companies run into each other? Sun apparently has better valuations than EMC, but EMC is predicted to grow much more rapidly.

San Jose Merc, even though a local newspaper has never
exhibited a pro Sun stance. I have been living in the valley
since 88. The only other time I could recall
a "big" positive Sun article was the first splash "Java" ever got.
That started it on the road to bigger things.

Hopefully this article on Sun is a sign of bigger things to come
for Sun.
