Excellent DD David. I personally have attempted to call them a couple of times this past week and haven't had the opportunity to speak to anyone. I did have a friend PM me and say that they told him everything is going off without a hitch but that was on Monday of this past week. A lot can change as we all know in four days in this business.

When I did get the opportunity to speak to someone back in May, I believe it was, there were only 40 million shares in the float. Yes, they also told me about the fact that there would be no reverse split for at least two years from Feb. 1998.

Everything else seems to have stayed status quo on the share count.

This company though their PR is lacking, they have made great strides over the past 6 months.

I will be patient on this one and hold til everything unfolds because by looking at their othe Web Sites, I, personally don't expect them to cut corners on a Web Site that I believe could be their most profitable one even if they are going to be site that directs one to other major web sites.

The whole concept of being able to be a third party directing potential customers to a site like GUCCI or the GAP, etc., from your web site and getting a $% for each hit is highly profitable because you have no overhead or inventory to concern yourself with and you can be making money while you are sleeping.

God, I love this country.

I wish I would have thought of InCybermall! Kaching, Kaching, Kaching.

We won't be at these levels much longer.

Let me just also add this, we are in the christmas shopping mode and with access to all of these stores by just a click of a button it will attract a lot of shoppers who love shopping on the internet. As we know, a big percentage of shoppers are women and because of this I invited my wife's friends over to take a look at the website to get there opinion. Now let me tell you this, I live in a upper middle class neighborhood, not in the homes of the rich and famous, but all of my wife's friends were very impressed with the website, and in fact wanted me to keep them informed of when it opens cause they were interested in trying it out.

As for the wealthy folks, this could be a new toy for them that gives them access to all of there favorite stores around the world. This site could potentially attract a lot of people due to easy access, a multitude of products, and a visually attractive site that no other online shopping site has attempted to do.
