I've been watching them all year. As a matter of fact, I liked NE in January and got beaten up. Look at the numbers on these two stocks and see if they don't seem cheap.

Tim, I've been trading the drillers and service sectors for 2 yrs
and they are probably the only ones that I win at regularly.
Your observations are right on. They are triple bottoming and
DO, RIG, GLM, HAL, FGI all have buy signals as of friday @ the close.

However exercise caution with MRL (unless you believe they are a takeover target) They are a shallow water driller using Jackups.
deep water drillers are more insulated as their contracts are typically longer and booked further into the future (IMHO of coarse)
