You've got to believe that OPEC (and most other commodity-producing countries for that matter) are hopping mad.

The G7 has broken its implicit contract to maintain price stability and some semblance of profitability for these countries and their primary exports. Distracted with its leveraged, debt-ridden shenanigans, the G7 seems to have forgotten that, in the final analysis, they need oil more than oil needs the G7.

Eventually, the world is going to see much higher oil prices and for a much longer time than anyone can now imagine.
