Joe,

I meant to add you to the encouragement team on my last post, but my 15 minutes ran out! Sorry.

(FWIW) One caveat I'd like to mention here for anyone considering buying ITEL/Wavetech due to the fact it's currently selling at a presumed 14% discount to DCTC on the ask as of Friday's close. (.56 x 6= $3.36 after 1 for 6 reverse on ITEL versus $3.86 on DCTC)

My caveat is that as far as I know, the Wavetech merger isn't written in stone. I'm speculating (and this is just my opinion) that the delay to officially ending of the QP may very well be for better and more immediate reasons to DCI. Should the merger with Wavetech not happen, the price of Wavetech could drop precipitously.

Onward,

George

Hi Joe,
I also feel the cert call is having a positive effect on our stock price. As corny as the phrase is, there truly is strength in numbers. People who have not called for their certificates should realize that by calling for their certs, it is going to help themselves along with the entire group and the company.
I know many of us have been involved with cert calls of various companies that did not work or worked only temporarily, but for at least the ones I was involved with, they did not have fundamentals this company has nor did they have a CEO that has built up a company as quickly as Joe Murphy has or was as shareholder concerned as Joe is.
It just seems to me that for the very small inconvenience it is to call for your certificates, the benefits can far outweigh the inconvenience.

Regards, Bill

Dear Joe,
Music to my ears. Again as a friendly reminder to all call every day, heck call twice a day, dagnabit call every hour, demand to speak with the most senior individual you can, take names & dates & times, they monitor calls (or at least they claim to) and pass all of that to all those that you speak with. DCTC Shareholders will not be trifled with,
we have money and therefore we have power, getting faint just contemplating the amount of money we control within all of our accounts. If they do not want our business am sure we can find a house or two that does. Joe I am looking forward to an update in Dayton as to what house responded in a professional manner and which houses didn't, and again thank you for all of your hard work, L & S DCTC,, barbara

Joe: A great many of my shares are in my IRA. I dont think I can get certificates delivered without taking a distribution. Your thoughts? Cgray
