I think "promoting voluntary giving" is the same thing that the IRS does,

{regardless of which party occupies the White House}, but at least
they don't pretend that you'll get something unrealistic in return!

A "tithe" is a pew tax, or a membership fee, if you like...

I consider it to be an organized religion...just like the rest!
