<<<<what are Bid.com's chances of getting on the NASDAQ next year?>>>

Personally, I think BII's chances of getting on Nasdaq are exceptional, considering the following.

1) All BII needs to do is come out with "the next piece of the puzzle". This may be news of a cable deal, or other news that comes as a real surprise to everyone.

2) This news will propel the stock forward, making BII that much closer (or well above) the listing requirements for Nasdaq. As people see that meeting the Nasdaq listing requirements are very real, more buying will FLOOD into BII, moving the shareprice significantly higher again, and easily meeting (more probably surpassing) Nasdaq listing requirements.

3) Upon this next jump in shareprice, MORE buying will flood into BII as people KNOW that BII will be on Nasdaq and start pricing it accordingly. BII will then truly be one of the "internet stock gang", priced at stunningly high levels as BII's U.S. cousins are.

My thought is that BII's shareprice will be "Nasdaq priced" long before the listing ever comes. Actually getting listed on the Nasdaq will more likely be the end point of the massive shareprice jump, rather than the beginning. Again, I feel all of this, when it happens, will happen VERY quickly, leaving a lot of people behind, and it will happen while on the TSE.

Cheers,

Kevin
