<< myself defend what Paulsen did---after 15 years of working at Navarre, and 31 years in the business--as he says it is fair play to for him to take some money off the table--and I agree>>

So do I. Technically, this stock was going to tank regardless of the insider sale. The buble burst on the i-net stocks last Mon AM with the huge gap up opening.

<< -as one can neither sell or buy stock within 30days of an announcement(that is my understanding >>

Not sure on announcements, but I know that insiders can't sell within 30days of earnings releases.

Max, Agree haines is a shark and very good at what he does. It appears that Paulson did sell some shares. Can there be a inut player in the world that by now at least does not suspect that this may have happened? I would think not.

Let's give Paulson a little credit. I am hopeful that he understands that squawk box is a tough play. I think that if stock holds up Mon then the squawk appearance could be a positive. Something else to consider is the fact that cnbc executives are probably aware that they are under scrutiny as internet killers. As a result, Paulson may get a fair interview.
