Well, another week in the NFL and another botched call by the officials - referring to the Seahawk/Jets game. The stolen win would have put the Seahawks at 7-6 and maybe saved Ericson's job for next year.

A lot of football people are saying that the NFL has to go back to instant replay - not starting next year - but in time for the playoffs. There's too much money at stake to not involve technology. The knock against Instant Replay was the time it took, it delayed the game, etc. Fine, fix that aspect of it, but they should never have gotten rid of it. I have never subscribed to the theory that bad calls are "just part of the game." Tell that to the Seahawks and the Bills.
