Thanks for clarifying Jeff. I will admit your first post had
me confused. On one hand, it sounded like you were saying you
believed him to be the exception to the rule... next you were
talking about him having fleas!!! LOL LOL

You and I are on the same page. We don't trust any of them.

Mark may very well be above board and our saviour. I hope
for everyone's sake this is the case. But, I am trying to be
as realistic as possible. I keep asking myself the same
question... how could Mark not have known about this mess
from the beginning?

As far as the Midland case being settled. It will take years.
As long as this thing is still under "investigation", I would
assume that it is not considered a legal proceeding yet.
Which means both Mark and Fisher are probably free to do
business. I shutter to think that Fisher could once again
put the screws to innocent people.

Regards,
Deb'

I am not a shareholder in MIDL, but because I invested in a D.Fisher scheme (8/96/Gulfstar) I do have a "kinship" with the MIDL investors. I have tracked Fisher through Gulfstar, Threadneedle Trust, Nova, Nova Gaz, Arcon and posted to ya'll's thread last spring where I "urged Scrutiny" where Fisher was concerned. The responses were not pleasant.
I am surprised that no one has asked for you to expound on Fisher's newest enterprise. Due to the statute of limitations I have lost my recourse, however, I will not chalk this up to education and move on. Any information or direction that you can point in would be appreciated.
I have been urged by the SC Office of the Attorney General to continue trying to locate past investors. Conversations and communications with some have not been pleasant, especially with the elderly, who have no idea what has happened. Fisher is a SALESMAN!!!
Do I get a certain amount of satisfaction from this? Yes, but "urging scrutiny" and giving objective information to someone's inquiry that results in one less victim for Fisher is a real rush.
It really is very, very simple to give only OBJECTIVE info and keep the subjective to myself and allow the inquirer to come to his/her own conclusion.
I apologize for the post's length. Wishing all here the best and ya'll have a good and safe holiday.
Bruce
