Excellent post! Two things to realize:
1. Vaudeville alone is responsible for bringing 10 licensees to WINR within the next year.
2. WINR expects 2.2 million in net revenues from Interbet in the first year.

The only question is when will WINR be fully up and operational. Patience is the key for the longs. My fear is that the day traders and short-term traders will grow impatient (as we saw a little of Wednesday and Thursday) and leave WINR, dropping it back to the 80's or 90's or worse.
I also don't understand why the company is not giving any time frame. "Soon" is just not good enough. It would be in the best interests of all if we were given a time frame to work with. I have been unable to find any reason to believe (other than hope or wishful thinking) that it will be within days. Then you have to wonder how many weeks. I personally would like a general time frame from the company.
Lastly, I have never met a logical OTC/BB stock. There were several people giving strong buy recommendations over a year ago with similar numbers and calculations as yours, and look where the stock is today.
Also, I was curious as to why a company that is focusing more on international (non-US) gambling, and with extensive ties to offshore gambling centers, would be based in the US--when simply moving offshore would decrease or eliminate taxes and thus increase profit margin.
A challenge to all: Please provide a founded reason (from the company, etc.) to believe the site will be up and functional by a certain date. I am calling again Monday. I just don't want to buy in and see the bottom fall out due to daytraders/short-termers exiting. I'm sure I'm not the only one on the sidelines due to this question.

Mags,

I have just begun to do DD on this stock so I may not be in complete understanding but a couple of points. I was under the impression that the outstanding stock was 13 million with a float of 5.4 million rather than 11 million. This, of course, would change your figures somewhat. Also, depending on the casino hold (win), I can't think that the % coming out would also be 4% - aren't you assuming that total bet would equal total win by the players? It would seem to me that the % coming out would be something less than 4% overall.

Here's a simple question (unfortunately showing my ignorance): Why do internet gamblers or internet gambling companies need WINR? Why not just have a customer log in to a gambling site, use a secure server and credit card, and cut out WINR?
Also, as to the WINR concept not being limited to gambling, but also to flowers-on-line, etc--why would a florist or customer buying flowers on-line want or need WINR? Again, why not just use a credit card, cut out WINR and thus increase profits for the florist and decrease costs for the customer?
I'm representing a couple of potential investors, and want to make a fully educated and timely decision. I've found that there's always at least one idiot who gets offended every time a reasonable and sound question is asked of a company, but hopefully there are more than a few reasonable and kind investors here as well.
Thanks in advance.

I think we're confusing the "total amount wagered" with the actual dollars deposited. The "total amount wagered" is also known as the "handle", and it represents a player's winnings re-bet again and again. The actual dollars deposited - where WINR gets it's percentage - might be only 20-40% of the total amount wagered.

As to the start-up date, I've been searching for website links back to the WINR site. I figure the casino sites will have to have these links, and when I see them I'll know the WINR system is set to go. Sorry to report there are only 23 sites linking to www.winr.net at present. About half are investment sites and half are general gambling directories. I'll let the thread know if that changes.

Also, based on some of the discussion over the weekend, I think some of you might like to take a look at TISS's site and gain a perspective on their business plans, presentations and financial projections with regard to the new start-up casinos they bring on board. The sample casino consists of a $1 million investment. It is simply fascinating to see how they have broken everything down. Less to do with WINR, and more to do with the business of on-line casinos. Most of the documents are in MS Excel and Powerpoint, but one is available in browser form.
