Guess I'm confused. How could they have a debt to equity ratio of 0.27 (which is the average for that sector) with no debt.
I think that the biggest worry is how competitive is there product? The cell phone equipment business has to be dog tough.
The earnings estimates indicate the stock won't move much short term.
The price chart shows a bottom and a start up which could be 3 points maybe. I checked out their volume and it met my criteria.

I think its worth a look at, but not a overreact buy recommendation.
