Ask on PSW.TO (you can get the quote on yahoo) is 6.00. That is canadian. So it is trading at a discount to the agreed price. I do think the deal is complete. CEO of Promis was on an investor's TV show on Saturday. They expect the deal to close end of January or early February. As for whether it is a good way to get into PRIA, check couple of my posts on PSW where some more details of the deal are posted. Exchange ratio is based on couple of price collars on PRIA so it also depends on where PRIA is trading prior to closure of the deal.
