Thanks for your confidence.

I would comfortably trade JNJ for RMBS, but FRO is unfamiliar to me, and I think GE may be worth keeping since it will ride on the recovery wave of SEA beginning sometime in 1999.

Your existing portfolio seems fine to me except for the heavy weighting in tech stocks.

PS: I don't have any idea what might be an appropriate entry point for RMBS, although it wouldn't matter if you plan to hold the shares long term. Mine were acquired at official IPO ($12) and later at $30, 45, 57; about fifty percent of my RMBS position was established at $30 ish.
