The problem in anticipating oil should rise is the fact many nations are not in condition required to create additional need. In consequence if one thinks electric power which is oil consumption, non compliance to rules and the illegal sale of oil by nations in the mid east is a blessing in my opinion.

If oil went up at the at the present time it would cause mass world recession in my opinion
