Larry,
As I mentioned in earlier post....the financial position of CTRX isn't that great IMO. They need an infusion from a major player in a big way, however, with their drug now through Phase II with good indications, this shouldn't be a problem.(Famous last words).

Larry:

I am very disappointed in the job that Berger has done. I've been lightening up on ARIA, putting the money to work elsewhere. This is one of the worst management performances of all time in the sector.

Big razzies for you, Harvey! You single-handedly managed the company into mediocrity. Pffffffbbbbbbbbbbbbbllllt!

What's Deutch doing for the Board? What's Smith done, besides make ARIA look like the old Repligen? What the hell do we need eleven Board members (down from 12) for? They don't appear to be doing anything. The company has been "further refining lead compounds" forever, and Berger has decided to follow those years of fruitless hard bargaining with a convertible??!!??

Next breath..... lots of good science, lots of patent positions that will mature and need licensing. And, maybe, just maybe, ol' Harvey buddy will share something alluminating with us any day now regarding AP22408 and the milestone? Harvey?? Harvey?? Yoooo, hoooo..... Harvey??
