re:impeachment. I suggest everyone keep aware of how this is going. While I believe for various reasons Clinton will not be impeached on the house floor this can clearly go either way at this point and I think impeachment could be devastating to the markets at these valuations. The problem is once a house impeachment successfully occurs you've set in motion all types of historic and momentous activities once it's presented to the Senate. We are no longer talking about gridlock but we are talking true instability with a lengthy trial in the Senate with the Chief Justice presiding and a lot of open questions as was brought up today like whether the incoming new House has to re-present the case to the Senate etc. I believe absolutely none of this has been discounted by the market as it was assumed impeachment would be a dead issue on the House floor after the elections. Since, again I don't think they're going to successfully impeach I'm going to take my chances and go along the rapids and hope there's no waterfall coming up but everybody's saying this is going to be close now one way or the other and if I thought impeachment was likely I would take some defensive action. This perceived potential damage to the markets in fact may be one factor in swaying the opinion of undecided Republicans against impeachment
