Jim, quick comment on DELL... DELL has been the most efficient where it counts most... the assembly line... so, they can lower profits and increase the volume and burn competition and sustain such an operation... DELL's customer base is ever increasing, and with the production facility in China, it would be extremely tough for competition to just keep up (btw. when is that going to be operational)...

and about CPQ's balance sheet...the 3B ...would that be in reference to DEC'S customer base that is now CPQ's after the acquisition...?

was going to buy some CPQ shares per my broker's recommendation... BUT WILL be BUYING some DELL shares in a week or so...

best regards
