Sounds good. I backed off on UUNET a couple of times in the past over the 150 hours but it works out to being just enough for trading and it is only $24.95.

Do the search by area code and then run down the list and see, I would bet you can find a local provider with unlimited use and alternet in Chicago.

I could be wrong but I "think" the isps here are all UUNET resellers ... not sure though.
