It's about time for the BRK/GRN merger was consummated. The shares s of BRK have gone south ever since the arbitrager's and others have been having fun with the deal. In retrospect the BRK.B shares have become the tail wagging the dog as well, Warren thought he'd straightened out blind trusts by creating the B shares. I think he's created a mess instead and he's going to issue more B shares for the GRN "folks"

Right now what with A shares, B shares, GRN shares etc the company is going south. Even his board member is bailing out (for a long time now) which is contrary to Warren's stated objectives but with his obvious approval.

This deal will be great in the "real" long term, but right now it's killing us "small holders" of BRKA. Shame on you Warren, get the lead out, get this GRN deal done, get it absorbed and let's start creating some value. Even your equity holdings are a drag on the company right now, time to refocus but knowing you, you'll wait. My god I hope you live for along time.
