One of the good things about the filing is that these things won't be hidden, well not likely completely anyway. My suspicion is that the shrewd Lion Danny Dror is still addressing problems with the filing. If things were great, His Shrewdness would have already filed. Of course, they could be also just delayed because of his incompetence. We'll see when things are finally filed.

In order for this to happen, the additional factions of the company would have to have been in a zero growth pattern, which would be unlikely. Which accounting promulgation defines this Colleen promulgation? Wouldn't they have to supply an appraisal??? If the company bought these from a Dror trust fund, a transaction and appraisal would have had to accompany this transaction, wouldn't it? Are you standing on your head again? what are you talking about? Are you suggesting the companies acquired were owned by the trust? Or are you so defensive in the land acquisitions you forgot about the company acquisition. You've been here to long, Colleen. Take a break, a deep breath, and focus on which hype thread your posting to. Or is this all a setup for the insanity defense? jmt
