There are two levels of pursuit. One is against the Company, its officers and Board of Directors; the other against those who assisted in portraying the Company in the favourable light that they did. Against that background is the need to protect the assets the Company did/does have - licenses, leases, drilling rights, etc. - from being squandered or otherwise misappropriated, because we as NTAH shareholders are the rightful owners of those assets subject, of course, to prior claims by others senior to us. Surely there is a fertile legal mind out there that would enjoy tilting at this windmill. Cry havoc, and let slip the dogs of war.

russn,
I'm not opposed to joining in on any action. I want to pursue
a couple of other documented attempts to get my questions
answered prior to looking into legal action. My only concern over
legal is what the potential is of getting any of our money back.
Certainly some NTAH stockholders will not disclose how much their
into this for from a loss perspective. I need this week to complete
what I'm trying to do and then I'll get in touch with you.
Obviously there is more strength in numbers so the more investors
we have with us the better chance we'll have of somebody paying
attention.

Thanks
