BB,

If you are saying I "shout down" others opinions, I am perplexed. I have been the whipping boy for many on this thread over the past year and have taken it. When I do take issue with what someone says, I try to to this in an articulate manner, as opposed to some whio simply resort to name calling. I have to ask why you singled me out and not Skeeter Bug's post to Addi several posts back? Apparently if your voice reflects the views of the majority, no recrimination will follow.

Over the past year, I have received many PM's from people who felt that this thread has turned into a hostile board and no longer post here or are waiting for the tide to turn. Your post to me validates their concern that it has not.

To take issue with me now is simply incredible. You should have been disappointed a long time ago with the personal attacks directed to anyone with a Bullish stance from many on this thread.

BK

Big Bucks, it's great to hear from you!

I am, however, surprised to hear that you think this thread has gotten so bad. From what I've heard about some Internet discussion groups, everything on here seems to be to be extremely mild by comparison.

I think it's only natural that, when talking about money, people might get a little heated, once in a while. But nothing Brian (or anyone else, for that matter) has said on this thread has ever gotten my nose seriously bent out-of-shape, and while I complained about the characterizations of Wildstar's post, I really don't think they were anything to get upset about either.

You know, we bulls and bears, we need each other. If the market has taught me anything, it's that we need to hear arguments that challenge our beliefs about what the market will do.

I recommend tolerance when the occasional cross word slips out.

big bucks, while we would probably disagree on many issues, i do respect the fact you respect my ability to have and voice an opinion.

i also respect your right to an opinion. some don't, though.

that's ok for them. my only hope is that they defend their loved ones as vigorously as their own stocks ;-)

but hey, i'm a contrarian and the ONLY guarantee i have is to be very unpopular to the masses. especially when i'm right ;-)
