FYI: PowerQuest PowerBundle ~$76 - $25 rebate for DI, PM, etc.

They've started shipping the "PowerQuest PowerBundle" that lets people get these 2 superb utilities, along with some others, for a great price. highly recommended for all serious computer users who don't already own these utilities.

>>Magic Mover
(comes with Drive Image) has functionality to handle drive letter
change maintenence

Yeah, I read that. Reading the fine print makes it pretty
clear it is just loaded with pitfalls. Especially for NT and
that goes double if the drive letters are mapped by NT.
That is assuming it works as advertised.

It's been a while now (about the time of my last post on
PM about licensing issues which got such a rousing response,
namely, zip), and I don't remember any details. As I recall
my impression was it would probably work (assuming it works,
so to speak) in certain very limited cases but would be
very dangerous in others, and would not work at all in
others. Details are gone, however.
