Mr. Farrel,

Yes, shoppingdowntown.com will be the first international cybermall that WINR, through CMS (Cyberlink Monetary System) and the CLT (Cyber link Trust) will bring on-line. I have no time table for this to happen, but WINR needs to get it's "sea legs" under it in the casino accounting arena FIRST! Make no mistake there are a lot of entities watching this company from both the investment AND client side of the issue. If, and when, WINR's system gets up and running, and proves it can do what it promises.....watch out!

In regards to the issue of WINR stock shares. There seems to be some difference in the exact share count floating around. For your Information as per WINR's Transfer Agent 12/03/98 this is the EXACT share count...

Authorized.........20,000,000
Outstanding.......13,070,787
Restricted...........7,542,156
Float (O-R)..........5,528,631

These numbers have remained consistent for the last 7 months since the last private placement for funds was issued in, I believe it was, May. Also, having watched this thread from its inception, and having been in the security since well before that, it is my opinion that the float is fairly tightly held by a relatively small number of seasoned long term investors. For this reason I feel the actual "tradable float is actually very small (perhaps 10-20% or 1/2-1 million shares). Of course when WINR jumps many will sell a small portion to pay expenses and taxes and hold the rest long and free. Everyones price to cover will vary, but it is my opinion even after investors re-coup, the actual tradable float will still be less than 50% of the 5.5 million shares. If you examine the charts on WINR since last February, you will see that it has actually traded more like a listed security than a "penny stock". Hell, its doubled since I first bought in at .50 last February, and thats what I expect it to do every year on the average for the next 10 years, if managed properly. You can do the math. Again welcome aboard to all the new investors with intelligent questions and ideas!
