I accept your offer to buy my Zulu shares for what I paid for them. Please advise as to what arrangements you wish to provide for payment in cash, or cash equivalents. Since the stock is in street name through two different brokers, we will have to work out a closing for the transfer through them. I can have my attorney contact you to finalize this closing.
