Checked with Fidelity last week...they would not allow to short DGIV at current prices nor being a BB stock presently. However, the firm I traded through a few months ago allowed shorting of DGIV if one had minimum 25% additional cash in account that would be placed on restriction. The firm does have Canadian branches... Mrs. Cleaver
