Daniel, Well it seems we agree on those issues that are self contradictory. It is rather funny to see the sell side anals spin every piece of news to their benefit. The effects of Asia's meltdown is a perfect example. First, it is no big deal cause they don't buy much from us anyway so don't worry about declining exports to Asia, then it is: this is really good that Asia is tanking 'cause imports will be soooo cheap and our US company profits will be high due to lower component prices.

By now everyone has forgotten about the export issue due to attention deficit syndrome, even BA probs can't shake 'em awake. Follow oil prices. They are a pretty good measure of the current state; if they keep dropping there are big economic and political troubles ahead. Heck, as an example the Saudi's are out borrowing money and facing the specter of overthrow. BWTFDIK
