Confused about the need for an attorney... why didn't they need this attorney in April, when they said filing the 10-K was imminent? Is there a lawsuit against DGIV that hasn't been mentioned? Accounting irregularities? What?

{{J}} Took the words right out of my mouth! Did you ever watch Saturday Night Live when Jane Curtain & Dan Akyroyd used to do the news together? Sheesh, sometimes one of their quotes bursts into my mind when I read what our own June/Jane has to say. She's digging, Jeff. She is stuck on the "over the phone" line. How smart is that??? There is no way she is as dense as she appears about the Attorneys "SPECIALIZING" in SEC Procedures that Mr. Chin has hired. It is sad to see how hard and callous she has become towards this stock, which admittedly put her in the money and the people on this thread. Biting the hand that fed her. Anyway...way early here. Just sent Rob Weaver back to Maryland after a long, good weekend. Just about OD'd on football this weekend...Twas good though! Have a great day and I'll answer that pm later.
