Shirley, Sorry to wait for so long, away in New york from 5th, the Davidson lawsuit was in court. Davidson won this class action lawsuit brought against us by a contingency fee lawfirm on all counts with sanctions and costs. This is a very rare and total win as costs are rarely given nor are sanctions, so we may recoup some of the costs. In addition we have a lawsuit in Canada proceeding against them. As to the Can$, each US$ cost 1.54 Can$. As long as we taxe people to death and run the country badly the exchange rate will reflect where the $ should be. In the USA the average worker has about 7 times the disposable income as measured by buying power. Making the following Canadian $ A worker in Canada making $100,000 taxable is paying 54% tax an Amnerican pays about 28%(so I am told, any US person please correct me here). The Can 100 goes to $46,000 and the US goes to $72,000 and the Canadian spends $40,000 to live and the american can get the same standard of living for $25,000 so the American has about $47,000 to spend on widgets versus the Canadian $6000 and that is in part why the American economy works better than the Canadian one. Less wasted by governments. Since the governments produce nothing at all by definition they are like a giant toad on your back that eats all your food and money before you get it. And still the liberal governments and NDP governments believe they can run an ecenomy better than the people can? Brain dead is the word. sorry for the diatribe, but I just love governments....not Bill
