Dave, an annoucement from the Chilean court was expected last Friday but did not occur for reasons unknown.(MDIN management was expecting it.) Certainly, I will be very surprised indeed if the decision is not annouced this week.

I do believe it is an open and shut case-ie MDIN will win hands down. The real question remaining is how positively will the market react to MDIN winning the lawsuit. IMO, the court case has also delayed sale of all MDIN Andicollo properties to a third party. I believe the sale will go through quickly soon after the court decision is annouced. I still think a spectacular recover in share price may occur as early as this week.

No Dave not hush hush, the friend I have said ALL KIND of things are happening and oh yeah, there was suppose to be a PR last week, and the courts were suppose to say something Friday, the court thing doensn't annoy me, anytime you are talking about legal matters time tables are a pipe dream, what DOES annoy me is that we still haven't had any info on PP and drilling and I am again expecting to see some news this week....... but then again it could be "next week"....
